McDonald's in Oklahoma

"The staff is friendly, they have regular promotions running, and I can pay with the Pay app on my phone. However, I must update this review to include some problems with the operations of the restaurant. I mentioned to the staff the there was a problem with one of their soda fountains only spitting out syrup a week ago. I checked it again today and it still was malfunctioning. Granted, the Coke in the machine next to it was fine. Next, they seem to only have one mop and bucket and don't regularly replace the water or mop head. This has spread a film of grease that came from the kitchen onto the floor where customers walk. I nearly slipped once because of this on a rainy day. It's not a problem exclusive to McDonald's, mind you, so be careful out there. I am keeping this at 4 stars because these are issues that can easily be corrected. Hopefully I won't have to come back on here and deduct a star due to their continued negligence."

"Showed up around 5:45 and everything from the fries to the chicken nuggets was fresh and hot. Drink was a perfect carbonation/syrup concentration ratio. Minimal wait but No one in the second window would stick around a second longer than they had to so it was hard to ask for napkins without the door shutting first."

"Food was fresh and hot. Lettuce removed and easy sauce done as requested. Manager was awesome. **Should have gotten his name! He was even polite to his staff. Heard him thank them 3 times before we left. Everyone needs him for a manager!"

"I know Google says drive-thru is open until 4AM but it is incorrect, they close at 11PM. There was an error with their order machine when I placed a pickup order through the app around 10:30 but after pulling up to the window and confirming my order, they were able to get it for me (even though it was before closing). The manager was very kind and helpful and I’m very thankful they were able to get me my order fast and correct! I don’t like showing up at restaurants right before they close because I know the crew is trying to close up and get home. That’s why I wanted to inform everyone in this review that the drive-thru closes at 11PM with the store despite what Google says. Will definitely be visiting this location again (at a sooner time than I did before haha) :) Thank you, McCrew!"

"Ordered through the app pulled in for car pick up. Food was brought out within a couple of minutes, and the lady that brought it out to us was super friendly and made me and my wife's day better just by meeting her. Thank you, whoever you are."

"I don't eat inside McDonald's very often, however the past few times I have the service was phenomenal. I ate there this morning with my wife and 7 year old daughter for her birthday. The staff came over and gave her a birthday hat and a cookie, telling her how pretty she was and wishing her a happy birthday. Thank you to the very kind staff and management for being so kind!"

"I ordered my food as usual and unfortunately received the wrong thing. I walked inside and I was instantly greeted with a smile. The assistant General manager came to the register to help the young lady to help process the transaction. I've got to say that compared to my first time visiting that this has been a major improvement with the management!! I got nothing but smiles and even relieved an apology. Not needed was a fantastic encounter!! Will be back!"
